The Center for Distance and Online Learning can assist faculty with converting and importing exams/quizzes into your courses on Blackboard. Our staff will convert your exam into a digital format and import it into your course Test or Pool area.
Once loaded into the Test or Pool area, faculty are responsible for deployment in the course, establishing point values, delivery settings (dates, times, etc.), and all other configurations that impact the faculty-student relationship.
This process will take five to seven (5-7) business days in turnaround time, depending on the volume of submissions. Please be advised we will prioritize early semester exams before beginning later semester exams.
If you need assistance with deployment, delivery settings, point values, etc. please submit a training service request.
How your test file must be submitted
- Only Word, RTF, or Text files will be accepted.
- An asterisk in front of the letter of the correct answer(s) for each question if sending a test with questions and answers OR submit an answer key as a separate document.
