Ice-T not only invented gangster rap, he has lived it. He is the original embodiment of LA Hip-Hop.

Through his music (rap and thrash metal), books and lectures at prisons, high schools and colleges across the U.S., Ice-T has become a cultural icon and powerful spokesman for today’s youth.

His talk at HVCC is entitled “The Cultural Relevance of Rap Music and How It Shaped My Life.”
