The Center for Distance and Online Learning is conducting a two-week intensive boot camp in early August for last-minute online courses and course revisions needed for the Fall 2021 Semester. See details below and follow the link to register.
Who is this designed for?
- Faculty who have not yet trained at HVCC for online course design and delivery, and are teaching a Fall 2021 fully-online or hybrid course
- Faculty who may have trained previously, but are building an all-new online course for Fall and could use the structure and review of a boot camp to complete the build quickly and efficiently
- Faculty who are overhauling an existing online or hybrid course and want to be updated in the tools in a supportive and informative setting
- Faculty who need to tighten up their Fall 2021 course and run it through the OSQCR rubric for quality assurance and peer feedback
How does this work?
This is an intensive boot camp as was previously offered during our rapid COVID response, and it will result in a completed course. A robust template is provided, daily support and guidance is designed into the process, and it will all be completed in time for DC approval after the OSQCR review.
