On Thursday, April 11, Hudson Valley became the first community college in the United States to join the UNEVOC Network, the United Nations’ Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization’s (UNESCO) global network for advancing technical and vocational education and training (TVET).
The American Association of Community Colleges included the accomplishment in their national publication Community College Daily.
The Saratogian, the Troy Record, WAMC Northeast Public Radio, WNYT NewsChannel 13, Capital Region Chamber, Inside Higher Education and the University Herald also published reports.
