Need assistance from the Computer Learning Center (CLC)? Here are some important steps that will give us the information we need to assist you, and get back to you in a timely manner:
- When leaving a message for the CLC by phone, please pronounce your name and number slow and clearly. If you don’t leave your phone number, we can’t reach back out to you.
- Please make sure that you have your voicemail set up so we can leave messages; sometimes students have their voicemail set to reject calls from unknown numbers, which will reject our calls too.
- When emailing the CLC, please make sure to let us know what you need help with, your name, and contact information.
