Our next meeting of the Academic Senate is actually two meetings: the Annual Meeting and Sept. 27 Meeting.
I will open the Zoom link at 1:50 p.m. We will start the Annual Meeting promptly at 2 p.m.* The September 27 Meeting of the Academic Senate will start immediately after the Annual Meeting (around 2:30-2:40 p.m.).

Draft Minutes and Draft Agenda are available at the Senate Organization page in Blackboard at the following subfolder: Agendas Minutes -> 2021-2022 Agenda and Minutes -> September 2021 Senate Meeting. Any additional information files needed for the Annual Meeting and Sept. 27 Meeting will be available under this same folder at a later time.
Meeting Logistics
We will use a waiting room. As you are admitted to the meeting, if you are a voting member, send a chat comment that you are “present.” If you are a guest, send a chat that you are a “guest.” This will allow us to determine if we have a quorum and to have a record of attendance.
Please keep microphones on mute unless you have the floor to speak. When I ask for a motion/second, please do this in the chat room. When there is a motion with a second, we will vote in the chat room.
If you need to share your screen as part of a report or presentation, let me know and I will stop sharing my screen and turn sharing over to you.
Both meetings will be recorded.
* The 2 p.m. start is a change from what was previously announced.
