Enrollment Information Sessions for Staff

Do you have questions about enrollment office procedures? Do you need to know how to contact enrollment offices quickly? Would you like to better understand the enrollment process? If so, attend an Enrollment Information Session on Wednesday, Aug. 7!

If you are in direct contact with students or curious about the enrollment process, the information presented will assist you in guiding students with enrollment questions.

Representatives from enrollment offices will present important information for student-facing staff including:

  • enrollment-related information and procedures
  • modifications to business processes during the month of August
  • office staff
  • the easiest way to get in touch
  • answers to questions from attendees

Sessions will be offered 8:45 to 10:30 a.m. and 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. in the BTC Auditorium on Wednesday, Aug. 7.

The same information will be presented at both sessions; we’re offering two so that offices can stagger attendance without closing. Information will be presented from Admissions, Testing & Orientation, Student Financial Services (Financial Aid and Cashier), Registrar, Student Outreach, Advisement and Retention, and Health Services.

This invite is extended to the entire campus community. Attending a session is also a great way to meet new colleagues!
