HVCC Board of Trustees Meetings for FY 2024-2025
Committee meetings and the monthly meetings of the Hudson Valley Community College Board of Trustees for FY 2024-2025 will be held on following dates:

- December 17, 2024
- January 28, 2025
- February 25, 2025
- March 25, 2025
- April 29, 2025
- May 27, 2025
- June 24, 2025
- (no meeting in July)
- August 26, 2025
The annual meeting will be held on September 24, 2024, immediately before the monthly meeting.
Committee meetings start at 4:30 p.m.; the annual and monthly meetings begin at 5 p.m. or thereafter.
Additionally, the Bylaws and Policy Manual Ad Hoc Committee will be undertaking its five-year review during this academic year. The committee will convene at 3:15 p.m. on the dates listed above, unless otherwise announced.
All meetings will be held on the main campus in the Board Room on the first floor of the Guenther Enrollment Services Center, 80 Vandenburgh Ave., Troy, NY and via remote access, unless otherwise announced.
