Monday’s Minutes of Meditations

Every Monday throughout the semester, the Counseling and Wellness Services is offering virtual guided meditations, available through the Campus Chronicle/Student Announcement post. The meditations are provided by The Honest Guys channel on YouTube. Monday, Nov. 1 — Full Mind and Body Healing (19 minutes)
Use this guided meditation for healing, through breathing in the light and energy of the Universe. This healing and comforting light can be directed to anywhere in your body, and also into your mind to heal and bring peace.
