Monday’s Minutes of Mindfulness and Meditations

Every Monday throughout the semester, Counseling and Wellness Services offers virtual guided meditations, available in Student Announcements. The meditations are provided by The Honest Guys channel on YouTube. We hope you enjoy Monday’s Minutes of Meditation as a way to relax and engage in a positive coping skill throughout the semester.

Positive Affirmation Guided Meditation (12 minutes)
“This positive affirmation exercise can be used daily to uplift you and to set and maintain new patterns of self-belief and confidence. Repeat the affirmations to yourself each time.”- The Honest Guys.  Utilizing positive affirmations is the practice of positive thinking and self-empowerment.  We encourage you all to consider positive affirmations specific to you to facilitate positivity and confidence.
