The 2021 eSports season continues as the Vikings are competing in eight different games this season with record numbers of participants, doubling from the Spring 2021 semester, which saw the Vikings claim the NJCAAe National Championship in Call of Duty: Duos.

Mondays

Call of Duty: Cold War:  The Vikings won by forfeit over Centralia College and are scheduled for a bye week this week.

Rocket League: The Vikings have two teams competing this semester in the Rocket League events.
— Rocket League (Team One): Lost by forfeit last week to Calhoun Community College last week. Scheduled to play Northwest Trappers this week.
— Rocket League (Team Green): Lost by forfeit to Northern Virginia Community College last week. Scheduled to play Utah State University Eastern this week.

Wednesday

Super Smash Bros: This is the most popular game among the Vikings eSports program. We have eight individuals competing weekly for a chance to clinch a playoff berth following the 8-week season.

— Tylar M.: Lost by forfeit to Nassau Community College.
— Christian M.: Lost by forfeit to Alexandria Tech.
— Matthew P.: Lost by forfeit to Calhoun Community College.
— Shane T.: Lost by forfeit to Jefferson State.
— William M.: Lost 3-1 to Carl Albert State.

Hearthstone: We have two students participating in Heartstone this semester, including Ligori K., who finished the spring 2021 semester as the nation’s top-ranked Hearthstone player.

— Ligori K.: Ligori WON 3-0 over teammate Tylar M. last week. He is scheduled to play Pennsylvania Highlands this week.
— Tylar M.: Lost 3-0 to teammate Ligori K. last week is has a scheduled bye this week.

Thursday

Overwatch: The Vikings won its sixth straight match after defeating Florida Gateway College 3-0 last week. They are scheduled to play Navarro College next week.

Call of Duty: Gun Fight: There are two teams participating for the Vikings.
— HVCC Team 1: The Vikings team lost 3-0 to Laramie County Community College and are scheduled to play North Central Michigan College this week.
— HVCC Team 2: The team results have not been posted yet. The team is scheduled to play Laramie County Community College this week.

Friday

Valorant: The Vikings lost by forfeit to Bryant & Stratton (WI). They are scheduled to take on Crowder College this week.
