On Thursday, Nov. 7, HVCC hosted nearly 70 high school teachers for its annual College in the High School Faculty Development Day. This event provides CIHS faculty the opportunity to come to campus, meet with their department chair and fellow faculty members, and discover resources available to them and their students.
This year’s program included a keynote presentation by Dr. Bill Daggett (shown in bottom photo below), who spoke about the impact of AI in the classroom and ways that educators can maximize positive usage.
