Monday’s Minutes of Meditations

Happy last week of the Fall 2021 semester students! We wanted to share a few guided meditations to assist you in finishing up your semester strong!
Get Things Done- A Guided Meditation to Stop Procrastination (12 minutes)
Self-Confidence Improvement and Relaxation (17 minutes)
A serene guided meditation that will help improve your self confidence.
Positive Life Affirmations- Uplifting Daily Exercise (12 minutes)
This positive affirmation exercise can be used daily to uplift you and to set and maintain new patterns of self-belief and confidence. Repeat the affirmations to yourself each time
Hope & Positivity: A guided meditation for new beginnings (16 minutes)
This calm and gentle guided meditation will help to place you within a mindset of hope and positivity. It will help to give you respite from worry and place your mind upon a more relaxed and optimistic path.
