The Middle States Steering Committee has been tracking progress this year using a project management tool called a GANTT Chart. Henry Gantt developed these planning tools and they have been used to good effect for over a century. An acronym has even been made of his surname: Generalized Activity Normalization Time Table.
The four major phases of the Self Study endeavor is summarized in the GANTT chart below. It conveys at a glance:
- We are on schedule
- Much has been accomplished as of December 2021
- We have a clear path of writing the narrative ahead of us.
