Courtney Lamport is the college’s new Director of External Partnerships and Economic Development.
Courtney will be based out of the college’s TEC-SMART extension center in Malta, and is looking forward to expanding opportunities that the college can provide for high school students and adult learners in the fields of STEM, healthcare and skilled trades.
Some of the initial outreach opportunities she will be working on include the College’s Learn Where You Earn initiative, enhancing current K-12 partnerships and the Early College High School, expanding opportunities to partner with businesses and organizations to increase registered apprenticeship programs and to increase overall awareness of TEC-SMART and the new HVCC North campus.
Courtney been a resident of Saratoga County for over 15 years and she possess extensive experience working with business, industry, non-profit organizations and local school districts in the region. Prior to coming to Hudson Valley, she worked in the healthcare field, specifically with seniors, doing administration, admissions, marketing and fund development.
