I wanted to take a minute to post some information on the MS Teams phones. You can find training videos, quick-start guides, and user manuals for your desk phones on the ITS knowledge base at this link.
We appreciate the campus community’s patience, input, and cooperation as we make this leap into a modern cloud-based telephone system. We are moving from an antique phone system, and as with any significant technology shift, there will be some issues uncovered.
