The 2024-2029+ Strategic Plan has been approved and is in motion!
After close to a year of development, we are pleased to announce that we have completed the planning process. The effort was led by our consultant, Dr. Will Miller, and the 33-member Steering Committee, which represented all areas of the campus, as well as our external partners.

Background Information
- Twenty-six listening sessions were conducted to gather input which helped form the overall plan. Listening sessions were held with both internal and external stakeholders.
- The priorities and goals of the plan stem from the HVCC Mission, Vision and Core Values.
- The priorities and goals have been approved by the Senate Planning Committee, the Academic Senate and the Board of Trustees.
- The strategies represent an ever-evolving roadmap to the state of the college desired and expressed by the entire campus community.
