Zoom Recording Automatic Ingestion Issue

 

We are currently experiencing an issue with Zoom recordings not being properly automatically ingested to Knowmia user accounts. A support ticket has been filed with Knowmia technical support and we are working with Techsmith Knowmia to resolve this issue. Until the issue is resolved, users utilizing Knowmia recordings for courses, etc. will need to download recordings from the Zoom cloud and manually upload them their Knowmia account.
