Highmark Wellness Card

Your Highmark health insurance plan includes a $400 pre-loaded debit card called a Wellness Card (one account per plan). This card can be used at gyms, fitness centers and other eligible vendors such as health stores, vitamin shops and other wellness-related memberships in New York and throughout the US.

Please contact the Member Services number on the back of your card should you have any questions regarding participation with the Wellness Card or reimbursement options.
