The Hudson Valley Community College football team (0-2, 0-1) was shown little hospitality by ASA (1-1, 1-0) as the Avengers topped the Vikings on Saturday, 51-0, in Brooklyn.
ASA forced Hudson Valley into several early turnovers that the Avengers took full advantage of. The Vikings found themselves down 14-0 within the contest’s opening moments and 44-0 at the half as ASA outplayed Hudson Valley in every aspect of the game. ASA punched in another touchdown plus conversion the in the second-half for the 51-0 final.
The Vikings will try to find some answers before traveling to play number-17 ranked Lackawanna Community College Saturday, Sept. 18.
