Customer Service for People with Disabilities 1.0
The four-part series will give you an overview of different types of disabilities and the benefits afforded to all individuals when good accessibility practices are utilized.
Complete all four parts and earn one (1) hour toward a Leadership: Interpersonal and Intrapersonal Effectiveness certificate.
Document Accessibility Curriculum 1.2
This 10-part series is great for anyone who creates and shares digital documents over the web.
Complete all 10 parts and earn two (20 hours toward a certificate in Leadership: Administration and Management OR Teaching and Learning: Integrating Instructional Technology OR Technology in the Classroom and Beyond: Software Programs.
