I would like to thank the campus community for all of the messages and thoughts for myself and my family after the passing of my mother on February 5. It is truly comforting that so many of you took the time to send a kind word.
She was an incredible woman, and many of you met her through the Holiday Wreath Sales run by the Adirondack Woodsmen. She requested that we have no formal funeral or wake services, so we are respecting her wishes.
In lieu of flowers, she requested that donations be made to the Adirondack Woodsmen “Send a Kid to Camp” fund, which the wreath sales also supported.
