John Richter, MPA, director of public policy for the Mental Health Association in New York State, visited students in Dr. Sonja Ann Miller’s psychology class recently and will be collaborating with them to engage college students in mental health advocacy through the MHANYS Higher Education Mental Health Public Policy Collaborative (see the MHANYS Higher Ed Policy Flyer for details). This is an initiative that the Mental Health Association in New York State is developing focused on engaging college students in mental health advocacy.
