As you know, readers of the Campus Chronicle are demanding more insights into the congruencies between our Middle States effort and the important holidays we all celebrate. We have been happy to oblige them on Groundhog Day, Valentine’s Day, President’s Day, and even Mardi Gras. It has been a joy.
However, heavy clouds are gathering on the horizon for soon we will be celebrating International Mayonnaise Day! As much as I relish the anticipation of this momentous occasion, I am also filled with apprehension. Alas, the similitudes elude me, and the day draws nigh.
I turn to you my colleagues for counsel: What is our mayonnaise here at HVCC?
