Weekly Athletics Update

Men’s Basketball: Men’s basketball’s Trevor Green was named All-Region Second Team and All-Conference First Team. Jourdan Belcher, Luke Bourgault earned All-Conference Second Team and Kobi Wallace was named to the All-Conference Third Team.

Women’s Basketball: Women’s basketball’s Kat Stackrow was named Second Team All-Region and First Team All-Region. Nya Ewans-Edmonds was named All-Conference Second Team and Juju Lanier was named All-Conference Third Team.

Men’s and Women’s Bowling: The bowling team competed at the NJCAA National Championships over the weekend. Isabella Guyer placed 74th, Erin McCart was 70th, Parker Brown finished 45th and Willis Bickford was the Vikings top finisher at 20th place.

Baseball: The baseball team is back in action Friday, March 11 when members travel to take on Ulster at Bard College at noon before heading to Florida for the spring break tournament.

Men’s Lacrosse: The men’s lacrosse team dropped a tough road match, 10-6, against nationally ranked Mercer on March 5 in West Windsor, NJ.

In the program’s first game in 728 days, the men’s lacrosse team came out of the gates, energized and excited to be back on the field. They jumped out on Mercer, sharing goals and eventually took a 5-3 lead in the third quarter. Mercer responded and outscored the Vikings, 7-1, in the final third of the game to secure the 10-6 win.

Softball:  The softball team is ready to head south for its spring break trip, marking the first time softball will compete since the 2018 season.
