HVCC hosted the 11th Annual Girls in STEM Conference that featured interactive workshops, fun activities and a keynote address by Tori Rodriguez, a local welder, builder and multidimensional artist.

Students, faculty and staff gathered for a college Lunch and Learn event, where Officer in Charge Louis Coplin hosted a mid-semester briefing covering several key topics.

Hudson Valley Community College students Anthony Cervera, Alex Jambunathan and Tommy White have landed coveted spots in the New York State Assembly Internship Program this spring semester.

Students from several Capital Region colleges and universities faced off at the 15th Annual New York Business Plan Competition (NYBPC) for the Capital Region hosted by HVCC.

60 teams of high school students, along with their coaches, mentors and supporters, gathered at the NY Tech Valley FIRST Robotics Competition at the MVP Arena in Albany!

The college was thrilled to see a record-setting number of prospective Vikings at our Spring Open House on Saturday, April 5!

Undergraduate and graduate students from colleges and universities across the state shared their research during the third annual Capital Region STEM Poster Showcase.

HVCC hosted Kao Kalia Yang, an award-winning memoirist and advocate for social change at the BTC Auditorium for an engaging discussion, Q&A and book signing!

75 Hudson Valley students were inducted into the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society at an annual induction ceremony in the Bulmer Telecommunications Center auditorium.

The HVCC Niemond Zonders- Nursing Club and Nursing faculty did it again this year! The second annual Saint Baldrick’s Day Carnival was held at the McDonough Sports Complex on Saturday, April 12, and raised more than $20,000 for children’s cancer research.

HVCC Honors College Class of 2025 presented their service project posters at the annual Honors College Showcase.

Freshmen and senior Dental Hygiene students held their annual Informative Poster Presentations in the Conway Arena.

The Campus Center came alive with the sights, sounds and flavors of the International Food and Cultural Festival. More than 200 attendees, including faculty, staff, students and community members gathered to celebrate the vibrant diversity of our community.

Students celebrated Spring Fest with the staff vs. students softball game, food, music and giveaways!

HVCC recently welcomed its fifth group of visiting students from Herningsholm Vocational School in Denmark!

Current and prospective students in Hudson Valley’s School of STEM had a chance to learn how they could apply their skills to build the U.S. Navy’s next generation of submarines at a Naval Industry Day on campus.
