Following valuable feedback from both managers and employees, the college is pleased to introduce a new evaluation form for Non-Teaching Professional (NTP) employees. This updated form is designed to enhance the evaluation process by incorporating revised categories and a more streamlined format. For details, please see the form attached below.
Effective May 7, 2025, Trakstar Perform will no longer be used for NTP evaluations. All archived reviews and notes from 2020-2024 will be retained and accessible for future reference.
Important Reminder
Performance reviews for Management Confidential employees, NTP Organization members and excluded NTPs must be completed no later than June 30, 2025.
