We are pleased to announce that four current and/or former college employees are working additional part-time evening and weekend hours as part of the Summer 2025 Enrollment Concierge Initiative. The four professionals are:

The Enrollment Concierge concept stems from SUNY’s Guided Pathways effort and assists in guiding students through the enrollment process. HVCC Enrollment Concierges will collect information from various offices on a student’s behalf and follow-up with the student with pertinent information. Each Enrollment Concierge is starting with a case load of approximately 550 new students admitted to programs in the School of Business and Liberal Arts, and will be working with each student directly on enrollment-related concerns or questions. Specific duties include:
- Assist students in all facets of the college’s enrollment process
- Respond to student inquires via e-mail and telephone, and craft replies to comprehensively address student questions and concerns
- Serve as a single point of contact for enrollment-related questions from a caseload of students
- Collaborate with enrollment offices on student-related issues and questions
The Enrollment Concierges started work on Monday, May 5, and feedback thus far has been wonderful! They will be working with us in this capacity through August 31. You may hear from them on student issues.
