Three alumnae, who earned Associate in Science degrees as Fine Arts majors here at Hudson Valley Community College, have earned Master of Fine Arts degrees at SUNY Albany.
By virtue of their achievement, Sara Alonge ’16, Minling Lin ’14 and Dani Ruf ’16 will exhibit their work in the Master of Fine Arts Thesis Exhibition scheduled for April 26 through May 15 at the University Art Museum. A total of nine degree recipients are included in the exhibit.
Museum hours are 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday (plus Sunday, May 15) with an opening reception from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday, May 6. (The museum is closed May 5 and until 3 p.m. on May 5.)
The Master of Fine Arts Thesis Exhibition features work produced by candidates for the University at Albany Department of Art and Art History’s two-year, 60 credit hour program of intensive training and study in traditional and contemporary fine art practices.
