To improve the appearance and readability of the Instructor Console monitors and projectors, Computer Services will be setting the resolution on the consoles to 1024×768 pixels.
The monitors will be configured to display black bars along the sides so that the shape of the picture on the monitor matches that of the projector.
This will ensure accurate reproduction of images and will provide a resolution that should be suitable even for classrooms with smaller screens or long viewing distances.
These changes will be completed by Monday, Oct. 4, 2010.
