Any additional information files needed for the April meeting will be available under this same folder at a later time.
Meeting Logistics
The Zoom meeting will be open at 2 p.m., but will not start until 2:15 p.m. We will use a waiting room. As you are admitted to the meeting, if you are a voting member, send a chat comment that you are “present.” If you are a guest, send a chat that you are a “guest.” This will allow us to determine if we have a quorum and to have a record of attendance.
Please keep microphones on mute unless you have the floor to speak. When I ask for a motion/second, please do this in the chat room. When there is a motion with a second, we will vote in the chat room.
If you need to share your screen as part of a report or presentation, let me know and I will stop sharing my screen and turn sharing over to you.
Just as “in person” Senate meetings are recorded, this Zoom meeting will also be recorded.
