Five college employees are devoting additional part-time evening hours to a new enrollment concierge initiative. Please join me in congratulating them!

The enrollment concierge concept stems from SUNY’s Guided Pathways effort and assists in guiding students through the enrollment process. HVCC Enrollment Concierges will collect information from various offices on a student’s behalf and follow-up with the student with pertinent information. Each Enrollment Concierge is starting with a case load of approximately 200 new students admitted to the Individual Studies program and will be working with each student directly on enrollment-related concerns or questions. Specifically, duties include:
- Assist students in all facets of the college’s enrollment process.
- Respond to student inquires via e-mail and telephone and craft replies to comprehensively address student questions and concerns.
- Serve as a single point of contact for enrollment-related questions from a caseload of students.
- Collaborate with enrollment offices on student-related issues and questions.
They are starting work this week so you may hear from them on student issues!
