If you do not see your Knowmia content within your YuJa library, then you have not created a YuJa account.
As accounts are created, YuJa staff match media content to the correct users. Once the account is created, it will take several days for the content to appear in your YuJa library.
Important! You will lose access to your Knowmia content, including old Zoom recordings, on June 30, 2022, when Knowmia ends.
How to Create a YuJa Account:
- Go to hvcc.yuja.com
- Select the Sign In button from the login page
- Enter your HVCC credentials

Q. Why are we transitioning to a new video platform?
A. TechSmith has decided to leave the higher education market and is no longer offering the Knowmia platform to higher education institutions.
Q. Do I need to do anything with my Knowmia Videos for the remainder of the spring semester?
A. No, your Knowmia video content and links will work until June 30, 2022.
Q. If I am teaching a summer class, should I use Knowmia or YuJa?
A. You should be using YuJa. Please contact DL staff for assistance and tips on the best ways to link to your videos.
Q. Do I have to create new links to my videos on YuJa?
A. Yes. Please contact DL staff for assistance and tips on the best ways to link to your videos.
Q. Can DL Staff do a course copy to preserve my video links?
A. No. You must rebuild the links to point to the videos on YuJa and delete the Knowmia links. Please contact DL staff for assistance and tips on the best ways to link to your videos.
Q. Will my YouTube videos come over from Knowmia to YuJa?
A. No. You need to import the YouTube videos to YuJa.
