Spectrum News 1 Albany profiled Dr. Lucille Marion, vice president and executive director of the Capital District Educational Opportunity Center, upon her retirement on May 27 following a decades-long career at Hudson Valley Community College.
Dr. Marion was appointed Vice President Emeritus of HVCC and the EOC during the May 24 meeting of the college’s Board of Trustees.
