Human Resources needs assistance to make sure that we have accurate listings for your home address, phone number, emergency contact information and your personal email address.
You can check the information we have on file by logging into WIReD. Here’s how to do that:
- On the college’s web page, go to “I am a faculty and staff member” and select the link for WIRed.
- On the next screen, click on “Continue to WIReD” Homepage.” On the Homepage, click on “Login to WIReD.” (If you are not already logged in through the single sign on system, it will ask for standard user name and password. (No domain name — @hvcc.edu — is required.)
- On the main menu page, select “Personal Information” and you will see links to:
— View/Update Address(es) and Phone(s)
— View/Update E-mail Address(es)
— Update Emergency Contacts
