Heating and Air Conditioning Control Systems

The Office of Workforce Development is pleased to offer Heating & Air Conditioning Control Systems, a non-credit course, for the Fall 2022 semester.

Do you or someone you know — inside or outside of the HVCC community — have an interest in the in-demand field of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) service and repair? This course covers the fundamentals of electrical theory, including magnetism, circuits, transformers and motors. The emphasis is on motors and controls found in HVAC equipment. Upon successful completion of the course, students will receive a training certificate of completion to show current or future employers, and/or for the student’s own records.
