WNYT NBC News Channel 13 reported Sept. 10 on the fourth annual Military and First Responders Appreciation Day, a free BBQ and football game offered Saturday by the college’s Veterans Resource and Outreach Center (VET-ROC) and Athletics Department at the Outdoor Athletic Complex.
The Vikings were defeated by the Nassau Community College Lions in the day’s game.
