Twenty-Minute Mentor Today: Library Resources with Bob Matthews

Please join us today at 5 p.m. in BTC 219 for a session on library resources with attention to classroom and student needs. Bob Matthews, who has been a faculty librarian at Hudson Valley Community College for nearly 15 years, is well-known for presentations that are engaging as well as helpful.

You need not be a new faculty member to benefit from Bob-s session. The library is ever-changing, with access to world-class resources, including extensive databases, a large circulating collection of books and an efficient inter-library loan system.

Many library resources are accessible by students from home and Bob will walk you through ways that not only your students but also you can conduct research and even read full-text books from the comfort of your easy chair.

HVCC’s library is a treasure-trove of resources!
