The women’s basketball team (13-5) cruised to its 10th consecutive victory, beating North Country Community College (9-7) 80-57 on Saturday, Jan. 29.
The Vikings led by only one point at the break, but outscored North Country 44-22 in the second half. Stacey Salisbury (Schenectady/ Schenectady) had a big game recording 23 points and 16 rebounds. Erica Houle (Shaker/Latham) scored all 18 of her points from behind the arc, and Kelly Kell (Kingston/Kingston) chipped in 13 points and seven assists.
The women travel to Adirondack Community College Tuesday, Feb. 1 for a 6 p.m. game.
