Administrative Withdrawal

 

Administrative withdrawal for students whose class session began January 18 will occur on Wednesday, Feb. 16.

This semester 120 students have been notified of the pending withdrawal process. A late fee was applied to these students accounts last night. Faculty notification concerning the students in their classes that are pending administrative withdrawal will be sent via email this morning. The student list is sent as an attachment to the email.

Faculty members, please do not allow these students to attend class beginning Thursday, Feb. 17. Between now and the 17th, students will present a signed form from the College Health Service to notify you that the immunization requirement has been met. This form is the size of a half sheet of paper and will have a nurse’s signature. Beginning on the 17th the student must have a form signed by the Registrar’s Office to confirm their immunization requirements have been met and their registration status is re-instated.

If you have any difficulty opening the list of students who are not in compliance, please contact Bette Frisino b.frisino@hvcc.edu.

If your student has questions regarding his or her immunization requirements, please send them to the College Health Service, FTZ 146.
