The Troy Record reported July 15 on the Rensselaer County Legislature’s unanimous vote that evening to approve Hudson Valley Community College’s operating budget for 2025-2026. The $111,593,770 budget is up 5.2% over 2024-2025, but maintains stable tuition rates for the third consecutive year.
