I’m excited to share a new scholarship opportunity for Rensselaer County residents pursuing high-demand workforce programs at Hudson Valley Community College.
Through the Rensselaer County Educational Incentive Program, eligible students can receive up to $2,500 to help cover tuition and fees—reducing or even eliminating financial barriers to attending college. (Note: funding is awarded after state and federal has been applied.)
This exciting new program is funded by Rensselaer County to set students up for success and boost local workforce training efforts.
Students may apply with the Rensselaer County Career Center. More information on the scholarship, eligible programs and how to request information is available on the web.
