Did you know that all Hudson Valley students are automatically enrolled in a course called How to Use the Blackboard Learning System? The first announcement in this course explains the purpose of the course:
The goal of this orientation course is to familiarize you with the Blackboard Learning Management System. At the end of the orientation, you should feel well prepared to use Blackboard in your Online or Web-Enhanced course. In this orientation, you will find information and tutorials on how to navigate through Blackboard, so you can submit assignments, take quizzes, participate in discussion boards, e-mail classmates and instructors, keep track of grades, and much more.
If you would like to see this valuable resource, the Distance Learning Office provides for your students, e-mail DLHelp@hvcc.edu and ask to be enrolled in the How to Use the Blackboard Learning System course.
Thank you, Elissa Baker, for doing such a great job maintaining and updating this valuable resource for Hudson Valley students!
All students are automatically enrolled in “How to Use the Blackboard Learning System.”
