The Moral Underground: How Ordinary Americans Subvert an Unfair Economy

In her book “The Moral Underground: How Ordinary Americans Subvert an Unfair Economy,” Brandeis University Public Policy Research Professor Dr. Lisa Dodson explores a silent movement for economic justice.

Led by ordinary citizens, the silent current of the moral underground works within our deeply divided economy, bending the rules to help the working poor.

Ms. Dodson has requested that students bring their stories and their perspective about the current economic climate and how it is affecting them and their families.

Please join in the discussion.

Presented by the Cultural Affairs Program.
