The Hudson Valley Community College women’s tennis team (0-1) lost its opening match of the season at Broome Community College (1-0) 8-1 on Sept. 2.
Nicole Cassidy (Maple Hill/Castleton) and Janel Weaver (Schenectady/Bellevue) won their first doubles match 8-3.
The women travel to Herkimer County Community College on Saturday, Sept. 10 at 1 p.m.
