Men’s and Women’s Cross Country Finish Fifth at New Paltz

 

The men’s and women’s cross country teams both finished in fifth place at the New Paltz Invitational on Saturday afternoon.

Leading the men was Eric Young (Shaker/Latham) finishing third overall and Brendan Reilly (Columbia/East Greenbush) finishing 32nd in the men’s 8K race. For the women’s 6K, Hilary Crannage (Polytech/Alleghany) finished 25th, while Megan Crawford (Bethlehem/Delmar) and Amanda Slyer finished in 51st and 52nd place.

Women 6K

54th- Ashleigh Genito (29:12)
60th- Allison Farnum (30:51)

Both Cross Country teams travel to Bard College on Saturday, Sept. 17 at 12 p.m.
