The women’s soccer team (1-3-1) lost a heartbreaker to Herkimer County Community College (3-2-1), 3-2, on Saturday afternoon. The Vikings were tied at two late in the game when the Generals scored with 35 seconds remaining to take a 3-2 lead.
Shana Barry (Ichabod Crane/Nassau) and Karley Nichols (Red Hook/Red Hook) both scored for the Vikings in the loss.
The women host Onondaga Community College on today at 2 p.m.
