The Albany Medical Center Lab for Clinical Excellence in Nursing was dedicated during a ceremony and press conference Thursday in Fitzgibbons Hall. The lab houses simulation mannequins.
The facility is named in recognition of the medical center’s commitment to helping build a pipeline of trained nurses for the region over the next decade with $175,000 in annual funding for the college’s Nursing program. This new lab is one of the ongoing enhancements made possible by Albany Med’s support.
