Hudson Valley Community College and United Way of the Greater Capital Region are partnering once again to make a difference!
United Way of the Greater Capital Region invest in programs and initiatives that ensure our community members have access to services that support food, shelter and childcare for individuals and their families. Their community partners are encouraged to coordinate plans and efforts to create safe environments for all Capital Region residents.
Hudson Valley Community College’s mission is to provide dynamic, student-centered, comprehensive, and accessible educational opportunities that address the diverse needs of the community. In addition to the great service you already provide, donating to the HVCC United Way Campaign is another positive way to assist those in need in the Capital District.
Donations are possible via payroll deductions or one time payment via credit card or check. In an effort to “go green” I have electronically attached a United Way Brochure and the Workplace Pledge Form. As every dollar makes a difference, WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT!
Please provide your General Pledge Cards to me by 9am, Jan. 2, 2012 in CTR 270.
Let us all pull together this year and show the Capital Region why we are truly “The Community’s College!”
