In our new series of webinars, we will again tackle the difficult disability access and accommodation compliance issues that you struggle with on a daily basis.

Salome Heyward will lead the legal compliance discussion during each webinar.

Dr. Jane Thierfeld-Brown, one of the country’s leading authorities, will join Salome Heyward to discuss access issues that are unique to accommodating students with Aspergers.  They will explore strategies that can be employed in designing academic adjustments.

Webinar 5: ADA Revised Regulations

The pertinent provisions of the revised ADA regulations will be examined. The topics that will be discussed include: documentation standards; “effective communication” obligation; service animal provisions; redefining “direct threat;” and much more.
